Paranormal Investigator Dwayne Claud
Have you ever wanted to learn more about ghost hunting, but were afraid to ask? I recently had the pleasure of interviewing paranormal investigator, Dwayne Claud on LoveToKnow’s Paranormal channel.
Dwayne shared information on his books, Rochester Haunts: A Ghost Hunter’s Guide and Baptism By Fire (real life accounts on demonology).
Mr. Claud gives advice on things that you can do to have a successful ghost hunting experience, as well as things you should NEVER do (hint: provoking ghosts doesn’t always get you the desired results!).

Haunted Breast Implants
Okay, on the humorous side, this headline definitely caught my eye. I had to think about how breast implants could become haunted in the first place. Did surgeons re-use breast implants from dead people? Did an evil spirit take up residence in silicone? Just how exactly does one discover they have haunted breast implants to begin with? Do they start doing things independent of normal movement? Do they twirl like a stripper’s pasties?
If you are tittering hopelessly by now, you aren’t alone. As it turns out, this was a telephone prank pulled by Crank Yankers (Comedy Central) on a paranormal investigator.
Want to learn more about this (assuming you can stop laughing long enough to click this link)? Check out Rochester Paranormal (New York) here.
American Ghost Society
After being on their “Bump in the Night” newsletter mailing list for quite some time, it only seemed appropriate to give this group a weekly shout out. Troy Taylor, site editor of the American Ghost Society, does a great job providing information on all things paranormal, as well as writing some very informative books on ghosts.
Of special interest are their ghost tours and events in Illinois. Don’t miss the Dead of Winter event on March 1 or their Devil in the White City tour on March 29.
International Ghost Hunter’s Society
Well, if you’re going to give a shout out to a ghost site, this seems like a perfect place to start.
The International Ghost Hunter’s Society site, run by Dave & Sharon Oester has more bells and whistles than you can shake a stick at. (How’s that for a bunch of metaphors!). If you are looking for an informative site that offers quite a bit- EVPs, a variety of courses in paranormal investigation, photos and a veritable pleothera of books, this one’s for you.
Dave Oester is also a Reiki master, so check out the course he teaches on this interesting form of spiritual healing.
